I know there are 3 people in this picture but the focus clearly goes to the orange section of the picture. Pictured on the far right is rapper Big Sean from Detroit. Yesterday I was watching an episode of 106 & Park, a music television show on the channel BET and I noticed the orange t shirt Big Sean was wearing. I really dig the shirt because there are 2 added features that makes the shirt stand out. The fade from orange to white and the sleeves rolled up. He didn’t mention where he got it from but I’m quite sure that any one could put this t shirt together for cheaper than whatever he got it, I’m planning on doing it myself.
I was feeling a little Calvin Klein model-esque just not with that much sexiness, haha, but this was shot by me as most of my pictures are with my iPad mini. I was on lunch break from my internship and I decided to take a few photos. Once I finished taking my multiple shots, these two stuck out to me. I don’t think I’m a model but I truly enjoy art. My gentleman attire, my poses, my face focus, the angles of the pictures, it all just comes to be art to me. I am more so interested in styling but there are more things that come with that, photography has to be one of them. Take the time to follow my blog and check out my posts as well as my future posts. Long sleeve v-neck from Old Navy, pants from Zara, glasses from Forever 21, shoes from Topman and belt, I just really don’t know lol but it worked. Thanks fellow bloggers!!!
Are you a fan of Dr. Martens? Oh, good because they have shoes for men and women. But these beauties. They are only priced at $130 on the official website. Pretty affordable and very stylish. These shoes look perfect for any occasion. You can dress them up and attend a club and wear a nice suit, or you can always go a little street and rock a tank and some chinos with the bottom of the chinos rolled or cuffed. These are actually a future purchase of mine in the next 2 weeks. I gotta have these, look how beautiful they are. Do any of my followers agree with these?
I rocked this yesterday. It was a beautiful, sunny day in Chicago. The temperature was close to 90 degrees but I didn’t care, I’m a huge fan of sweaters and pants. Oh and I also had to work at my internship and we had an outing aboard a cruise, so it was jean day for us. Jean day is basically an excuse to not dress casually for work. But back to the outfit. The shoes are Dr. Martens, which I love. I have on some black, stretch material jeans from Forever 21 which are rolled at the bottom into a cuff, great style tip to make your pants look a bit more stylish and show off your shoes. I also have on pink-red, don’t know if that’s a color, but a pink-red shirt from Forever 21, the fashion specs are a favorite from Forever 21 and the sweater is from Urban Outfitters. Another style tip, when wearing a sweater that buttons up, unbutton it and roll the sleeves up, gives it a more fashionable look as well. This was very simple, a shirt and a sweater, anyone could do that but the detail sets it apart and gives it a little more edge from typical. This look says grown man but young lad.
This outfit was just put together and inspired by a random day at school. I have been fond of the color block trend, it comes really natural for me. I honestly think I have an eye for color and coordination. In the words of Trinidad James, ‘don’t believe me just watch’, haha, but seriously, I’m uploading more color-blocked items in the next few days and you guys will see then…
